When you contact us or use our demo, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and restaurant details you voluntarily provide. For live restaurant clients, guest reservation details (name, party size, contact info, requested time) are collected so the AI can complete a booking.
Information is used solely to respond to inquiries, run the AI receptionist service for our clients, and improve the product. We do not sell guest or client data to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
Calls and messages are processed through two well-known infrastructure providers: Twilio (phone and SMS) and OpenAI (the AI that understands and responds). Reservation data may also sync to Google Calendar or SevenRooms when a restaurant uses those integrations. We don't share data with anyone beyond what's necessary to operate the service.
Demo chat conversations on this website are not stored. Contact form submissions are stored securely and only accessible to the TalkServe AI team.
We use minimal cookies for basic site functionality only — no tracking or advertising cookies.
